As a student with a strong interest in finance, I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Throughout my academic journey and extracurricular activities, I have developed strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills. My internship at Emergere Technologies this past summer allowed me to support financial reporting and data analysis, which strengthened my understanding of many financial principles. Additionally, my leadership roles in DECA and Athletic Leadership Council have enhanced my communication and teamwork abilities. Finally, my commitment as a Hospice caretaker at Hospice Plus for over two years led to my strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, while allowing me to give back to my community.

I am particularly drawn to this internship/ mentorship because of the program’s commitment to enabling learning and professional growth. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to collaborate alongside experienced professionals while developing skills in finance, or in any other position that I am offered. I am a quick learner, eager to take on new challenges, and dedicated to maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

As committee chair on our executive student council (40+ hours/year), founder of leadership/confidence workshops for elementary students, and part-time swim instructor, I\’ve organized events impacting 200+ students while building skills in event planning, team leadership, and audience engagement. I am a junior at Independence High School. I am interested in the field of accounting. Most of my research has identified opportunities in the areas of finance and marketing; however, there is a notable lack of opportunities for students interested in accounting. I would greatly appreciate being paired with a mentor in the accounting field, and shadowing and internship opportunities. I can meet in person and remotely.

I am interested in Business Management. More specifically, operations management and business leadership. Overseeing a set group of people for operational function and goals. Managing in parts of the project. 

I’m a high school student in Frisco with a strong interest in engineering, especially hands-on work like welding, machining, and building projects. I’m looking for opportunities to gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and contribute to projects where I can problem-solve and work as part of a team. I’m excited to get involved in anything related to manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

I am interested in most, if not all, computer science fields. I am entering my last year of high school and wish to experience real world situations within that field. In more specific terms, I\’d like to intern at a Cyber Security firm or a Information Technology firm. I have been taking computer science courses since I was in middle school and my interest has only grown since. I am hard working and willing to adjust to any situation put in front of me, all I need is some instructions and I\’m good to go!

 Throughout the recent year, as my ignorance fades, in turn my worry for the current state of society grows. I become anxious by the minute as I watch what is happening around me, knowing there isn\’t anything I can do except inform myself and others. I seek to do more. I want to aid by becoming an advocate as an attorney, specifically in international cases that revolve around human rights. To expand my knowledge in fields that will shape me into a worthy representative is my ultimate goal. A person should not speak if misinformed. An internship will give me the opportunity to observe how accomplished lawyers work within their field. I want to gain perspective on the other side of a courtroom as I watch how judges navigate the judicial system.
