Three hours. Two incredible speakers. One cow. Nearly 350 people. And far too many leadership takeaways to count.
The 2026 RED Conference brought together close to 350 members of our business community for a morning focused on something every organization needs: strong, intentional leadership.
And yes, there really was a cow.
From the moment attendees arrived, the energy was high. We gathered inside the incredible Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center, served Chick-fil-A for breakfast (yes, we had the new Chicken and Waffles), and couldn’t have asked for a better setting. The facility itself is impressive, but what made the experience even better was the Frisco ISD team behind it. Their staff worked incredibly hard alongside our Frisco Chamber team to ensure every detail was taken care of and our guests felt welcome.
It was especially fitting that our first speaker, Pete Hazzard, helped envision the very facility where we were gathered.

The mission of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce is to protect and promote commerce through advocacy, resources, and connections.
The purpose of the Frisco Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to complement the work of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce by building community strength through partnerships, programs, and education.
In addition to our existing programming at the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, we are pleased to share that we have many programs and initiatives that will now fall under the Frisco Chamber Foundation. This foundation will drive many of our initiatives in business education, workforce advancement, and support for nonprofit organizations and will provide opportunities for tax-exempt giving.
