The mission of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce is to protect and promote commerce through advocacy, resources, and connections.
Reigniting Leadership Potential, Empowering Teams, Delivering Results.
From recruiting and retention to bridging the skills gap, leaders across industries are asking the same question: How do we build and keep strong teams?
This is not just a Frisco challenge. It is a nationwide trend. Employers everywhere are struggling to attract top talent, keep their best people, and prepare their teams to lead in a rapidly changing world.
But here is what we know for certain:
Strong leadership drives retention.
Professional development fuels engagement.
When employees feel invested in, they stay and grow.
That is exactly where the RED Conference makes the difference.
Instead of sending employees across the country for development, we bring nationally recognized speakers right here to Frisco. Your team gains world-class insights without the travel costs. And during our unique Mentor Meetings, attendees connect directly with local leaders who are shaping our community right now.
The inaugural RED Conference took place on August 20, 2025, and now, set for summer 2026 (date TBD), you can lock in inaugural year pricing on tickets, team packages, and sponsorships. Several have mentioned that they would like to send their summer interns to the RED Conference, so we’re looking at an earlier date. An earlier date also allow educators to join the RED Conference before heading back to the classroom.
This is your chance to invest in your talent, strengthen your business, and prepare for the future.
One of the most innovative components of the RED Conference is the Mentor Meetings—fast-paced, one-on-one conversations with trusted local leaders like you who have built strong teams, led through change, and made a lasting impact in their industries.
During a recent survey of our members, more than 72% of business leaders listed workforce as one of their top three challenges.
Whether it’s attracting qualified talent, retaining top performers, or closing the growing skills gap, workforce concerns are at the center of nearly every business conversation we’re having today.
It’s a local issue.
It’s a national issue.
And it’s not going away anytime soon.
