Philanthropy Kids is dedicated to celebrating and inspiring philanthropy in youth
Philanthropy Kids is a Dallas-based 501c3 nonprofit organization that operates education programs to develop philanthropic behavior in young people (ages 10- 30) and prepare them to be leaders in their personal and professional lives.

As adults, we recognize how soft skills and social networks rooted in civic involvement can amplify one’s career success. Unfortunately for many youth — especially from lower income backgrounds— those resources aren’t strongly established until much later in their lives.
Studies show that kids active in community service and philanthropy do better in school, lead healthier lives, and aspire for new levels of professional achievement.
Our programs work with industry partners to identify workforce needs 10- years-out and use philanthropy as a way to build the soft skills and hard skills that will enable our participants to find long-term career success.
PAVE, our flagship education program, teaches middle school and high school students about giving back and getting involved in their community. PAVE graduates exit the program having learned more about philanthropy, business leadership, public communication, and social entrepreneurship. We emphasize with each student the value of understanding their own talents and interests and using those to guide what careers to explore and what causes to get involved in.
The Impact Factory is a social impact incubator providing operational support to charitable initiatives founded by-kids and for-kids. Applicants accepted to the Impact Factory are designated “Residents” for 1 calendar year and offered a variety of resources to execute their project, including: 501(c)3 status, legal/financial services, industry connections, and guided mentorship.
