Nonprofit Directory / Nonprofit Profile
Our mission is to empower youth and young adults, ages 5–25, with mentorship, life skills, and career and college readiness, while providing resources and community support that break cycles and create opportunities for lasting success.
Level Up Collective (LUC) is a North Texas–based nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and young adults ages 5–25 to rise above barriers and build brighter futures. We focus on breaking cycles of instability by providing mentorship, career and college readiness, and practical life skills that prepare young people to thrive in every area of life.
Through our programs, participants gain access to one-on-one mentorship, workshops, and hands-on training that cover everything from financial literacy and leadership to job readiness and personal growth. Our professional clothing closet ensures students and young adults are equipped with attire for interviews, internships, and milestones like prom or graduation. We also host community drives, holiday adoptions, and school-based support to meet immediate needs for families and students in transition.
At the heart of LUC is collaboration—we partner with schools, local organizations, and community sponsors to create opportunities that not only serve urgent needs but also set young people up for long-term success. Whether it’s connecting a teen with a mentor, preparing a college-bound student with FAFSA support, or offering life skills that build confidence, our mission is clear: to walk alongside the next generation and help them level up in life.
We believe every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and equipped to rise.
