Frisco Chamber Unveils Inaugural RED Conference: Reigniting Leadership Potential Right Here at Home
Big things are coming to Frisco—and they’re coming in RED.
At the conclusion of the sold-out State of the City Luncheon, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce announced to the nearly 600 attendees a brand-new professional development event: the RED Conference.
Frisco Chamber President & CEO Christal Howard shared the inspiration behind the event. “We’ve listened to our members. You want more meaningful, substantive professional development opportunities right here in Frisco for you and your team that don’t require travel, and that’s exactly why we created the RED Conference.”

Reigniting Leadership. Empowering Teams. Delivering Results.
Slated for Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the half-day RED Conference will feature nationally renowned speakers flown in exclusively for this event—offering insights that are as practical as they are powerful. Whether you’re developing new leaders or reinvigorating seasoned ones, RED is designed to deliver impact at every level.
But RED isn’t just about sitting back and listening—it’s about meaningful connections and actionable growth.

What Sets RED Apart: Mentor Meetings
One of the most innovative components of the RED Conference is its Mentor Meetings—a series of fast-paced, face-to-face conversations with hand-picked local leaders who have successfully built teams, led through change, and made a mark in their industries.
This isn’t your average networking. Attendees will have mentors’ bios in advance, then rotate through one-on-one conversations packed with candid advice, practical wisdom, and leadership insight. Whether you’re seeking strategic direction, personal motivation, or team-building ideas, these meetings are designed to spark big growth in a short amount of time.
Why RED, and Why Now?
The data is clear:

The RED Conference brings all of that together, without ever leaving Frisco.
We can’t wait to see you at the inaugural RED Conference—ready to reignite your leadership potential, empower your team, and walk away with tools you can put to work immediately.
This is more than an event. It’s a movement—and we’re just getting started.
