The Frisco Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are the face of the Frisco Chamber, serving in a volunteer capacity. Ambassadors give of their time at either the weekly Chamber Works networking or Ribbon Cutting ceremonies or both.

Meet Sandy, Our Chamber Works Ambassador of the Month for June 2025
Sandy is the Owner and Education Consultant for Tutor Doctor of Frisco & McKinney, providing personalized tutoring solutions for students from K-College and beyond.
Sandy helps students boost grades, confidence, and smiles. A community powerhouse, she’s involved with multiple Chambers of Commerce, serves on local boards, and supports causes for kids and families. Former AT&T leader turned education matchmaker, Sandy now spends her days pairing students with the perfect tutors and her evenings enjoying live music, local sports, and the occasional glass of wine or whiskey (for “research purposes,” of course). She’s happiest surrounded by her husband Travis, their dog and cat, and their grandnephews—preferably all at once.
What Do You Like Most About Being a Frisco Chamber Ambassador?
Making people feel welcome and a part of our community (even when we’ve not had coffee yet), supporting local businesses, and developing relationships with other local leaders.
