As a complimentary benefit exclusively available to our Corporate, Executive, Chairman, and Trustee Partner plans, we offer a memorable ribbon cutting ceremony (one per lifetime of membership).

What we provide:

• Ribbon and giant scissors
• A team of Ambassadors to facilitate the ceremony

What to expect:

• Our team will arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• The ceremony itself takes approximately 10 minutes, so it won’t take up much of your valuable time.
• Following the ceremony, there will be an opportunity for our Ambassadors to mingle with your team and invited guests. Feel free to provide refreshments to make the occasion even more enjoyable.
• Remember, this is your special day, so you can make the event as grand or intimate as you desire.

Here’s a sample Run-of-Show for your Ribbon Cutting Ceremony:

1. Arrival: Our Ambassador Team and Staff Liaison will be present 20-30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
2. Start: The Chamber Ambassador Team Lead will initiate the ceremony promptly at the scheduled time, as noted on the calendar of events. Please understand that our Ambassadors are fellow business owners who volunteer their time, so we strive to begin on time.
3. Introductions: The Team Lead will introduce each Ambassador to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
4. Distinguished Guests: If applicable, the Team Lead will introduce the Frisco Chamber President/CEO, as well as the Frisco City Mayor or City Council.
5. Host Introduction: The Team Lead will introduce the host(s) and their speaker(s).
6. Certificate Presentation: The Team Lead will present the Ribbon-Cutting certificate to the host and capture a memorable photo.
7. Ceremony Direction: The Team Lead will guide the Ribbon-Cutting ceremony, followed by a group photo, and then dismiss the group.
8. Networking: Our Ambassador Team will set aside approximately 30 minutes to mingle with your team and guests, fostering meaningful connections.

No physical location? No worries! We offer alternative spaces for you to utilize during your ceremony.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies are available on the following days and times:

• Monday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Thursday: 10:30 AM – 3 PM
