The Common Ground Consortium (501c3) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mentorship, education, entertainment and mediation to foster cultural intelligence and enhance social skills. We envision a world where cultural differences spark understanding, compassion, and enrichment rather than division. By engaging communities through diverse and interactive experiences, we aim to create united communities where everyone feels valued and included.
Our Methods
Cultural Intelligence: We provide resources and training to improve cultural IQ, fostering a sense of belonging for all.

Common Ground Multicultural Community Choir: A vibrant ensemble that serves as a catalyst for spreading our message of positive synergy, dismantling stereotypes, and fostering collaboration.

Host Our First Official Event: Join us for “Common Ground, Culture, and Cocktails” in September 2024 at our new headquarters in Frisco, Texas. This event will be a celebration of our mission and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the beginning of our impactful journey.
