Three hours. Two incredible speakers. One cow. Nearly 350 people. And far too many leadership takeaways to count.
The 2026 RED Conference brought together close to 350 members of our business community for a morning focused on something every organization needs: strong, intentional leadership.
And yes, there really was a cow.
From the moment attendees arrived, the energy was high. We gathered inside the incredible Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center, served Chick-fil-A for breakfast (yes, we had the new Chicken and Waffles), and couldn’t have asked for a better setting. The facility itself is impressive, but what made the experience even better was the Frisco ISD team behind it. Their staff worked incredibly hard alongside our Frisco Chamber team to ensure every detail was taken care of and our guests felt welcome.
It was especially fitting that our first speaker, Pete Hazzard, helped envision the very facility where we were gathered.

The mission of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce is to protect and promote commerce through advocacy, resources, and connections.

We are an organization of 350+ members. Through out the year we host various fundraising events to raise money to support our annual student scholarships and financial support of their student organizations. In 2023 we awarded 9 freshman and 10 continuing students $1000 scholarships each and awarded $18,000 to over 100+ student organizations which are chosen by the members.
We meet at the A&M AgriLife Water Building, 17360 Coit Road, Dallas, Texas 75252
We gather for General Membership Meetings on the third Monday of every month during the school year. We also host a \”Howdy\” event each summer to celebrate all incoming freshman and transfer students along with their families. We also host a \”New Moms Welcome\” at the beginning of the school year.
We also support our Aggies during their Final Exam Weeks. Our Chairs will put a goodie bag together for Moms to purchase as gifts to our students and/or their friends which are delivered to the students at the Texas A&M Campus at the end of November and the end of April. We also have the opportunity to celebrate our graduating Aggies each year at our May meeting.
