Three hours. Two incredible speakers. One cow. Nearly 350 people. And far too many leadership takeaways to count.
The 2026 RED Conference brought together close to 350 members of our business community for a morning focused on something every organization needs: strong, intentional leadership.
And yes, there really was a cow.
From the moment attendees arrived, the energy was high. We gathered inside the incredible Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center, served Chick-fil-A for breakfast (yes, we had the new Chicken and Waffles), and couldn’t have asked for a better setting. The facility itself is impressive, but what made the experience even better was the Frisco ISD team behind it. Their staff worked incredibly hard alongside our Frisco Chamber team to ensure every detail was taken care of and our guests felt welcome.
It was especially fitting that our first speaker, Pete Hazzard, helped envision the very facility where we were gathered.

The mission of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce is to protect and promote commerce through advocacy, resources, and connections.

Dental Care
About 1 in 5 children in the U.S. have untreated cavities, with children from lower income families almost twice as likely to struggle with this. Preventive oral care is a priority for Be In Health.
Mental Health
Experts across the nation agree that U.S. students are in a mental health crisis, compounded by the impact of COVID-19 on their social and learning environments. We want to help address this urgent need.
Vaccines
Childhood vaccines are a critical aspect of community health. Polio, diphtheria, measles, rubella, and mumps immunization allow us to feel secure about sending children out into the community.
Check-Ups
All children deserve access to regular visits with a pediatrician — not just for sick visits but also who can also provide wellness and nutrition information to parents and guardians.
