Making an Impact

The annual Frisco Chamber Leadership Exchange trip has quickly become one of our more impactful, popular programs. Each year, with the help of other community partners and leaders, we select a destination to take a delegation to visit and learn from. In 2023, that destination was Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado. Read the Impact Report from this trip.

These cities were chosen intentionally because of the parallels between their focus on innovation, arts, higher education, and vibrant downtowns and the top ten priorities determined by the Frisco City Council.

This is not about a singular City, but rather a region with several carefully curated itinerary stops with relevant topics and knowledge to explore. We will look at how a focus on Innovation can change the future of a City and lessons learned from preparing for large global events.

If you could spend three days with Frisco city, community, and business leaders, imagine the collaboration and partnerships you could create. Our Leadership Exchange trip is more than just a visit to another city. It’s an opportunity to build new – and strengthen existing – connections among our own business and community leaders that you otherwise may not have had the opportunity or time to engage with. On this trip, a diverse group of leaders will come together with one focus – to keep Frisco the best place to live and work. We’ll have a finite number of rooms and flights booked for the 2024 Leadership Exchange. Will you be on board? And there is something to be said for being in the “right room,” even if you can’t attend, sponsorship opportunities are available.

Your support as a visionary sponsor aligns your brand as one that recognizes the importance of collaboration between the business community and public sector for the betterment of our community. Trip itinerary is all inclusive with the exception of airfare which is up to the individuals to book.

Influencer sponsorship includes one trip attendee and company name recognition in the Leadership Exchange Trip ’24 Impact Report. Your support as a visionary sponsor aligns your brand as one that recognizes the importance of collaboration between the business community and public sector for the betterment of our community. Trip itinerary is all inclusive with the exception of airfare which is up to the individuals to book.

Due to the small size of this delegation, attendee spots are limited to one per business membership. Each attendee will get an invite to a pre- and post-trip meeting, and will be memorialized as part of the delegation in the Leadership Exchange Trip ’24 Impact Report. Trip itinerary is all inclusive with the exception of airfare which is up to the individuals to book.

Those who cannot attend the trip but believe in the importance of this effort can show their support and be recognized for doing so on the Leadership Exchange Trip ’24 Impact Report. Your name will also appear as a supporter before all delegation attendees during the pre- and post-trip meetings and in printed materials and in the trip itinerary.
