Three Things You Need To Know:
- Board approved a modification to the master development agreement with UNT to reflect the completed master plan, which you can read more about by clicking here. The project, which is ahead of schedule, now will need approval from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
- Board approved the final proposed EDC budget which includes $23.2 million in revenue generated from a quarter cent of sales tax revenue. Budget is subject to final approval from City Council.
- Two businesses from Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) presented to Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Board.
