The Frisco Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are the face of the Frisco Chamber, serving in a volunteer capacity. Ambassadors give of their time at either the weekly Chamber Works networking or Ribbon Cutting ceremonies or both.

Roscoe proudly owns and operates Fingerprinting Solutions Plus, Paternity Testing Solutions, and most recently, PETernity Genetic Solutions, all headquartered in Frisco, Texas.

- Fingerprinting Solutions Plus provides fast, friendly, professional fingerprinting and non-fingerprinting background check services for individuals and businesses, whether for licensing, employment, tenants, volunteers, name change, Apostille, adoption, or travel.
- Paternity Testing Solutions offers discreet, accurate DNA testing for paternity, immigration, infidelity, and family relationships through our partnered AABB-accredited labs with results that hold up in court.
- PETernity Genetic Solutions is our newest venture, offering advanced DNA testing for dogs, cats, birds, and horses. From breed identification and health screenings to behavior traits and ancestry, we help pet owners better understand and care for their animals on a genetic level.

I’m an active world traveler, title seeker, spontaneous adventurer, and legacy builder. Whether white water rafting the Salmon River in Idaho, catching a jazz show in Paris, checking out the Pyramids in Egypt, mentoring other entrepreneurs here locally or through Zoom, I believe in living life with purpose and passion. Some of my proudest accomplishments are helping families find clarity and peace through DNA testing, especially in sensitive situations where compassion and accuracy matter most.
The other is launching PETernity Genetic Solutions to bring the same level of care and precision to our four-legged (and feathered) family members.
I am honored to be named the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Month. This is an unforgettable recognition among a city of titans and a community of legends, where every chosen Ambassador represents excellence, service, and the spirit of Frisco.
What Do You Like Most About Being a Frisco Chamber Ambassador?
Being a Frisco Chamber Ambassador is like having a backstage pass to the heartbeat of our city. The Frisco Chamber of Commerce was my first exposure to this incredible city and its 2nd-to-none networking opportunity. Fingerprinting Solutions Plus and Paternity Testing Solutions owe their success to this city and this Chamber. I love connecting with other business leaders, celebrating local wins, and helping new members feel welcomed and empowered.
