FYP and WEB Leadership Committees Set the Stage for 2026
This morning, two of our key resource groups, Frisco Young Professionals (FYP) and Women Enhancing Business (WEB), came together to plan for an exciting year ahead. Both leadership committees are already hard at work shaping programs and experiences that will inspire connection, growth, and leadership across Frisco’s business community.
Frisco Chamber President/CEO Christal Howard shared remarks that set the tone for the morning, outlining the Frisco Chamber’s new strategic pillars, recently approved by the Board of Directors, which will guide all Frisco Chamber programming and help ensure that we continue meeting the needs of our members in an ever-changing business landscape.
“We can’t just copy and paste last year’s work. Business is changing faster than ever, and that means new opportunities for our resource groups to grow, adapt, and deliver for our members,” Howard shared.
Building Relationships and Finding Community
Those opportunities are exactly what FYP and WEB leadership committees are here to explore. Both resource groups play a vital role in helping professionals build relationships, find community, and engage more deeply with the community they call home. Whether it’s creating pathways for career development, empowering women in business, or hosting events that bring people together, these groups are central to how the Frisco Chamber connects members to the heart of Frisco.
As planning began for 2026, the energy in the room was clear, ideas flowed freely, new collaborations took shape, and everyone left ready to make an impact. We’re grateful for the leaders volunteering their time and creativity to make sure both programs continue to grow and serve Frisco’s vibrant business community.
