The Frisco Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are the face of the Frisco Chamber, serving in a volunteer capacity.  Ambassadors give of their time at either the weekly Chamber Works networking or Ribbon Cutting ceremonies or both.

Lisa is the Territory Account Manager for TotalCare. 

TotalCare provides expert, compassionate care through 24/7 emergency rooms, urgent care, family medicine, and behavioral health services.

We have a full house with two kids, three dogs, and one snake. I’m so honored and thrilled to serve on the Frisco Chamber Board of Directors beginning in 2026!

Karen Kim currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. She has over 20 years of marketing, management, communication, and graphic design experience in a variety of industries. Karen is an avid reader (ask her what she is currently reading and it will make her day!) and loves to write! Her favorite day of the week? Every day! She is a graduate of Leadership Frisco Class XXII and has recently earned an IOM designation through the US Chamber of Commerce.
